While there they noticed that the mesh gutter guards we had installed years ago to keep the gutters clean were overgrown with moss which was clogging the gutters. Scott suggested that we have the mesh removed and the gutters and downspouts cleaned. We had them do this and were completely satisfied with the work they did. They were professional, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would gladly recommend to others."

Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"Bill and his crew were nothing but professional, swift, and tidy. The original job posting was to fix a few shingles, but after Bill looked at our roof my wife and I knew it was time to replace it after putting it off for a couple years. However, Bill did provide us with quotes for both the whole roof or if we did the partial repair to the missing shingles. He did not pressure us either way, and when issues came up during the roof replacement that would cost more than the initial quote, they were only issues that had to be addressed to get the best life out of our new roof as possible. "I searched the web to find a company to do some gutter repairs. Mine needed a "tune up". Middle of the gutters were sagging, a few brackets were broken off, needed help cleaning some 2nd floor gutters etc. I had some companies come out and were friendly, but they couldn't fix what I had and wanted to give me a whole new gutter system for thousands and thousands of dollars. I was not interested in new gutters at all. Parker came out and were able to do exactly what I thought the other companies should be able to do. They were very honest when talking to me about the repairs and did a great job cleaning my gutters, adjusting the slope of the gutters, replacing broken/snapped off brackets, and did a great job cleaning up. While doing the work they called ahead and mentioned how a fascia board was rotted and how the gutter probably wouldn't be able to get hung back up because of the wood rot. I appreciated them calling me ahead of time and educated me about the fascia board and the gutter hangers. In the end I had them replace the fascia wood. They replaced it with a already primed wood, rehung the gutters, and showed me the rotted wood they took off. I will definitely have them do future work for me and would recommend them to anybody looking for a fair/honest price, great work, and keeping you informed about the process and repairs."

"We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree.  The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang.  He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal.  In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed.  I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us.

He cleaned up very well.  We just didn't feel like this was a good cost for what we received."
