"We purchased this home on a Friday and decided earlier that week that the hardwood floors needed to be refinished before we moved in the following week. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. "Matt and Ronny arrived right on time. Matt called first, 20 minutes ahead of their arrival as we had requested. Matt is the owner of the company, and he and I went over the details of the job to be sure that we were both on the same page. Matt left, and Ronny started to work right away. He carefully covered the floor and all exposed furniture and other items. Ronny then used Frog tape to mask the baseboard and other areas. I was impressed by this minor detail because I know that Frog tape is significantly more expensive than the standard blue painter's tape. Less than 45 minutes after his arrival, Ronny was painting.
I have done my share of painting over the years, and for me, the hardest part of the job is cutting in. Ronny did this freehand, no masking tape, and he did a near flawless job. Again, I was impressed. Soon he was rolling the ceiling, and then the walls. Everything received two coats of paint. When he was finished, Ronny cleaned up everything, put all debris neatly into a trash bag, and left the work area as clean as when he arrived.
At the end of the day, Matt called to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I told him that both my wife and I were honestly thrilled with our newly painted family room and he could expect more work from us in the future. "It all went well. They are always accommodating. In middle of the project or at the end of project, if there was anything that I wanted to change, regardless of the reasons, he would re-do it or make changes accordingly until we are happy with the results. They are very skillful. One example, they came to the rescue of the bad quality decorative columns that we ordered from a Canadian company, elitetrimworks.com. The bad quality panels were thrown out by us and replaced with real wood panels crafted by them. The end result was fantastic. Very happy with the results."

"The office worked with me as I have an old white aluminum fence. The workers were very prompt and exceeded my expectations for balancing a gate that was badly askew. We could not locate white hinges so they painted the black ones for me. Both gates were balanced perfectly and the front one was raised to accommodate a new walkway. New magna latches were installed in both gates. I would definitely hire them again."
