"After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong. Even coming out on a Saturday morning to deal with a small drip from the kitchen sink. Regarding commitment to excellence, the tile installer noticed small imperfections on the back splash tile. He would not install an inferior product and ordered all new tile. I plan on using Kitchen's Plus again when I get around to remodeling my bathroom."
