"Brian was on time and super knowledgeable for dealing with my tankless hot water heater. He got right to work and dealt with the problem and helped me establish a paper trail with the manufacture in case of any future warranty concerns."

"Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

Customers say: Super punctual
"They were able to give me quote over the phone and also schedule me the next day! Harry called me in the allotted time frame and stated he was 10 minutes out. That gave me enough time to lock up the cats. He arrived and put on booties which was very nice, and got straight to work removing the old faucet and then installing the new one. He finished installing and cleaned up everything and explained the final bill. Was a great experience!"

"I hired Alex from Pete’s Plumbing to do A LOT of work for us, and boy, am I pleased! We bought a rustic cabin, with no water line, drainage, vents, etc. for most appliances (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge). He installed the plumbing and ventilation systems for ALL THREE appliances, and also fixed a leak in our sink. Not to mention he fixed a problem we had assembling the pipes for a new bathroom vanity. FINALLY, Alex assembled and built out the plumbing for an extremely large and cumbersome dog bath in our basement, as well as found specialty parts that the bath required. I could not be more pleased with his work, and we will 100% be hiring Pete’s Plumbing again in the future."

"my tankless water heater had an error code 11, which had something to do with the heating component. The first company I called which had a 4.9 google rating, arrived 4 hours from the time I called them. They charge $99 for a service call. To make a long story short, the tech told me I need to replace my unit with a new one, which was only 8 years old. Told him to leave and called Southwest plumbing. Brandin arrived 45min later and he knew right away what might be the problem. He performed some maintenance on the burners and it was fixed within 45 minutes. Will definitely call them before any other company."
