"Cody was prompt with his quote and kept in contact with me constantly. Our project was able to start weeks ahead of schedule and was completed on time and on budget. Multiple crews worked on our home across a week and a half. Each individual was professional and was more than willing to spend time explaining each step of the process. They cleaned up each day leaving the house in almost better shape than when they started. They also worked with us around accommodating our animals. Cody was able to adjust and respond quickly to change requests we had during the project and we could not be happier with the result. Post install Cody has been great taking our calls for questions on the new system and helping us learn usage of the systems. He even walked me through an easy change to the tankless hot water heater spending a good hour on the phone with me. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

To make a long story short, the tech told me I need to replace my unit with a new one, which was only 8 years old. Told him to leave and called Southwest plumbing. Brandin arrived 45min later and he knew right away what might be the problem. He performed some maintenance on the burners and it was fixed within 45 minutes. Will definitely call them before any other company."
