"Cody was prompt with his quote and kept in contact with me constantly. Our project was able to start weeks ahead of schedule and was completed on time and on budget. Multiple crews worked on our home across a week and a half. Each individual was professional and was more than willing to spend time explaining each step of the process. They cleaned up each day leaving the house in almost better shape than when they started. They also worked with us around accommodating our animals. Cody was able to adjust and respond quickly to change requests we had during the project and we could not be happier with the result. Post install Cody has been great taking our calls for questions on the new system and helping us learn usage of the systems. He even walked me through an easy change to the tankless hot water heater spending a good hour on the phone with me. Overall Cody and the team at SeaTown electric heating and air have been wonderful to work with and have exceeded our expectations with our hvac and hot water tank replacement. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

"These guys were amazing! We had the plastic water intake valve behind the toilet burst and spray water everywhere at 4am. after cleaning up the mess we called Cahill's at about 6:45am and they arrived by 8:30am to fix the valve, which took them like 15 minutes. I asked them about doing all of the valves in the house (16 total) and they agreed to come back at noon to do all of them. At exactly noon they were back at my house and had all the valves changed out in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, clean, polite, and provided excellent customer service. "I hired Alex from Pete’s Plumbing to do A LOT of work for us, and boy, am I pleased! We bought a rustic cabin, with no water line, drainage, vents, etc. for most appliances (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge). I felt very welcomed and respected for the $1,400 I've spent with them. The technician Seyed had kindly waved my dispatch fee and beat a competitor's quote with excellent services. I am glad I chose them instead and saved a few hundred dollars since my insurance deductible is too high. He also offered for a free post repair check up should the need arise when my next water bill comes. My tenant and I are very happy with the repair; I will definitely use them again for future projects. However, the post project services could be improved with front desk, not sure if it was technical problems between them and HomeAdvisor, but I was ghosted by front desk and didn't get my receipt 3 days after, I had to call in to get that sent."
