"We have had a Capital Oven with intermittent igniter issues for the past several months and called over to see if they can help get it back to working order before the Holiday cooking season. John C at A Action Appliance showed up in the time window provided, had the problem diagnosed/confirmed in approximately 10 minutes. He had the parts replaced and oven back in running order in less than an hour. He was nice, clearly communicated the problem and confirmed full price of repair before completing. Will use again in the future."

"Jared was diligent, attentive and consistent throughout the process of fixing my dryer. He diagnosed the problem, and went over all aspects of the repair and did the work that was needed. During the process Jared checked everything multiple times to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Our dryer is back up, running and sounding great! "I have a Home Warranty with AHS and the Home Warranty company called A-1 Appliance to come out and do my repairs. A-1 Appliance told my husband many parts were needed and would be ordered and they'd be back in touch to schedule the next visit.
I heard nothing by 4 days later so I called the AHS and they knew nothing. It turns out that A-1 does not work on "sealed systems" but they did not convey that or anything else to my Home Warranty Company who also dropped the ball. They next called New England Appliance Repair who came right away and also told me they needed many parts. Instead of waiting days and days, N.E. Appliance expedited the shipment of the parts and they're return to my home so that within a couple of days the repairman Bill was back here repairing not only my refrigerator but my wall oven as well which was way off temperature. I will tell AHS in the future that I only want to use N.E.A.!"

"I am very pleased with Mr. L'Heroux's services. I called him after some water damage appeared in the roof, being under pressure due to another storm coming. He came over that day, examined the roof, and took corrective action.
When I had an another water issue later on after a nasty snow/ice/rain storm, he came over free of charge to examine the roof again. I believe this may have been due to an ice dam and faulty roof contruction, which has nothing to do with this contractor. I have not seen any leaks since.
