Having spent many years in the building products business I have a good knowledge of best practices and the remedy Maria and her team recommended were spot on. The deck is more secure now than when first build due to the enhancements that were made! The team was on-time, very efficient in the use of time, and kept the job-site clean and orderly each day. "We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. "I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."
