They did everything we asked of them, and there were lots of extra, unplanned things that needed to get done, while everything got done within budget. His workers were phenomenal, highly skilled, worked really hard, as they, for example, laid every single paver with their own hands, one by one, laid astro-turf, planted all kinds of plans, flowers, ground covers, installed irrigation. systems, major overhaul, took a couple of months, but now look at the the before and after difference! "I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."

"Silverback Hauling promptly returned my call to schedule a time to haul away broken concrete and brick. They called before their arrival, and they arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They went right to work and 3 of them loaded and hauled away about 3 yards of material in about a half hour. All were very friendly and professional. They cleaned the area thoroughly, leaving no trace of themselves or the material they took away. I was very happy with their work and would use them again in the future."

"Over all the job was good.  I did not think the pavers were properly cleaned before sealing was done.  There were several spots of gray residue and one rust stain that we do not know how they got on the patio, but were not removed before the seal was sprayed. I do not think they were there prior to the pavers being washed. No supervisor came to the sight after the initial bid, until time to collect payment, which was too late to have the spots removed.
