"Came out the next morning and checked out the electrical outlets. The problem was we plugged in a coffee grinder and the cord flamed out. The electrician came out the next morning, because he knew this could be a big problem. After checking all the outlets on the circuit, determined it was an old, 30 year old coffee grinder. Our mind was at rest."

"Earl was great, it was raining hard for San Diego standards and gave me a call that he would be a little late.
