This work was done early August during the COVID-19 pandemic which could have been cause of communication issues. A delivery arrived unexpectedly and the work crew did not show up one day. Neither of these caused any real problems though. We did have to pick up screws and other hardware in the yard and patio after they finished the work and we had discussed securing one corner of the deck which was supposed the be done at no cost but did not get done. We were still happy with the work and we were aware of stores running low on inventory which created delays for several companies in this line of work."
