William the mechanic was polite, thorough and knowledgeable and the labor charge of just under $200 was reasonable for the high-quality service provided. The problem was with the price of the two exact springs was 500% more than what it could purchase the springs for. My mistake was we brought Academy in for a routine $200 service call and then found out a spring was broken. I was stuck. Subsequently I had another reputable company come in on the same day to provide an estimate for the other side of the garage. Their price was $350 vice the $718 we shelled out to Academy. We could have gotten both garages refurbished for that price. Very disappointed that we got ripped off! "

"This is without a doubt one of the most pathetic companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their tech chose to carry his tool bag & ladder in between my car and his van instead of having even an ounce of common sense or consideration and walking around the other side of their van with more space. In doing so my car was very deeply scratched in multiple places from front to back and you can clearly tell from its wavy motion that it's from someone walking next to it carrying something. I reached out to them as soon as I noticed the scratches and despite having clear video evidence showing they were at fault, they completely refused to take any responsibility. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you value your property and expect a company to stand behind their work, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
