Amazing and better than expected! Dealing with contractors is not always an enjoyable experience and we are happy to report that Minnesota Construction and Property Management was a treat to work with.

During the initial consultation, Trevor listened to our request to improve our outdoor living space and offered design solutions the other companies hadn't at a price that was more reasonable. It almost seemed too good to be true.

We were tentatively scheduled to begin work on the deck towards the end of May. Thanks to a mild winter and Trevor's excellent time management, they began working on our project at the end of March and finished within a week (and that includes the snow delay and a weekend off)! 

We have the nicest deck in the neighborhood. The crew is polite, hard-working, and detail-oriented. They have pride in their carpentry skills and we are the beneficiaries of their amazing work.

Friends and family are impressed with what we received and are clamoring for Minnesota Construction and Property Management's contact information.

"Everything went smoothly. Pads came as promised and when I called during ordering process with a question, they were very helpful."

"We hired them to custom build a fence in our backyard, to match our neighbor's fence in design and style. When digging the post holes, they managed to break a piece of our house siding off. Furthermore, many post holes were dug on our neighbor's property (despite surveyor's stakes) and had to be removed and reinstalled. Things didn't get better as the project progressed. First, despite assuring us they would be able to match our neighbor's fence, the fence they built was a foot shorter and the custom design was very poorly executed. After negotiations, we ended up with a nice fence as long as you don't know it is supposed to match the neighbors. The office staff were always very pleasant and professional. They paid for and coordinated repairing our siding. Overall though, we would not use this company again.

"Difficult job - in hind-sight, both doors should have been replaced. Original bid was for replacement of one of the doors and repair of the other.  The repairman decided to attempt repair of both doors.

"This is the second job where we've hired Garden Structures and we could not be happier with the work Hal and crew did. The new fences are a simple design but perfectly attractive. Moreover, they are solidly built (that is a high priority for me).

As with our last experience, we found Hal's attention to detail is remarkable. And he is a real problem solver. He first worked to understand our goals and then worked with us to devise a solution. Now, with the structures in place, I feel a sense of relief in our yard. The other part of the job was creating an entry gate for the arbor he previously built. Again, he took our feedback and the result is a unique gate that is now the pleasing focal point of the structure.

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."

"It went very well. Justin not only knows what to check, he also makes suggestions on repair priorities. He gave good estimates for problems found during the inspection. I like his think out loud approach. Great guy. I've learned so much when tagging alone with him during inspection! Moreover, he is very responsive and patient to my questions after the inspection. "Greene Construction knocked it out of the park for us once more. This is the third or fourth project we've had them do at our house, and it was a big one. They did most of the heavy lifting for our basement remodel project which included installing a new egress window, replacing an 8' picture window, replacing an entry door, framing the basement (family room, bathroom, shower, bedroom, closet, hallway) and other miscellaneous things along the way. Not only was the price right (as usual for these guys), and the work done well, but they always seem happy to be doing it. I like hiring people who love what they do. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customer, and that's why I keep hiring them back. On large jobs like this, setbacks and problems are inevitable, and not once did they ask for more money to complete the job. They just did what needed to get done even though it took longer.
