This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."

When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. He wants his customer to be satisfied and happy with the project. He is very energetic and shows care and respect to customer's requests. He is very detailed on his quote. Though all may not finish per the details (in the quote), it is built well and per the code. Matt is personable and will spend time with you explaining and answering questions. His crew is professional, he may though hire helpers for smaller tasks of the project. His framing team is excellent. In terms of timeline, these projects always take longer than planned. Most of the delays are due to scheduling township inspections (and re-inspections). Expect some delays due to Matt's team availability due other projects they are trying to finish. I am very pleased working with Matt for our sunroom project. I highly recommend him."

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."
