"The team at Avstep were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They replaced our garage roof and helped us with joist work. They were right on time, were super efficient, and organized and cleaned as they were working. It was so nice to talk with them and were very upfront and honest. The whole job was explained in professional detail and gave us a quote for the job that we felt was very fair. The work started the next day and was completed in a day and a half. They are worth more than a simple 5 star. We will now be using them for the added work we are planning. You won’t be disappointed."

Reasonably priced, fabulous work by his team (Jaime & others). We did 2.5bath renovation out of which the master bath was a remodel too. All of them look amazing and inviting! Would definitely recommend Nicopal Constructions for any bathroom projects."

"Our project was a 14' x 14' screened porch. We selected Scott SCS from other contractors based on the interview, his knowledge, understanding of the project, and communication skills. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the finish porch and I would highly recommend SCS. They are a 10 in every category."

The crew was punctual, respectful, and paid attention to detail. The communication was stellar, and dennis walked us through the step by step process which made it a breeze. I have also used Dennis in the past for other projects including removal of load bearing walls, front porch, kitchen remodel and roof repairs when a tree fell on my family members house.
