"The installation of a new split unit Air conditioner unit was done by Joe. He installed the unit, ran the electrical work to my panel, installed all the lines needed. Joe completed the project with the expertise needed and was sure to address all the indoor and outdoor cosmetic piping and ductwork with a great appearance to meet my expectations. "Job was in tfour stages:
1.       National Grid had to bring a gas line to the house.  This can take a couple of months depending on their schedule and clearance from the town.
2.       Once the gas line was brought to the house Christensen had to run a line into the house and install a fixture so it could be inspected by the town and given the ok to proceed.  This is a potential bottleneck if not coordinated which I am pleased to say was done.  This phase of the operation was done right after the hurricane and Christensen brought their own generator so they would have power as mine was out.
3.       Removal of oil fired boiler and installation of gas hot water heater and new boiler.  This was done in a day and I had hot water by evening.
 4.       Removal of oil tank from basement which was done on another day and took about 4-5 hours."
