He was quick to offer solutions that met the cities guidelines, which meant part of my addition would be 2 stories, to allow room for my master suite. The scope of our project was; adding a master suite, enlarging the family room, kitchen remodel, powder room remodel, and some other misc. work. Victor would spend so much time talking to me about little design elements, how to position the lights, where to put switches, all things which I thought were pointless at the time.
