He called the night before the install to let me know the expected arrival time and the amount of time it would take to complete the install. "Did great work to replace a water heater. Saw the job through all in one day, a Sunday, despite obstacles that came up, and checked that all was working well after installation. Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. Long day for them; I am happy hot water is working again so quickly. Recommended!"
