Mark did an outstanding job; he was punctual, polite and professional, and, as the photo attests, takes pride in doing neat work. He had no idea of how my water softener system worked even though it was purchased from Highlander Plumbing. He suggested I call the manufacturer so I did. Recently we called them for a large job - re-routing our washing machine drain to from the sump pump to the septic tank, which involved installing a pump. The work was done very well and even looks great too. Logan (who did the work) said he wanted to the work to look nice and neat so that any other plumbers who came in would see it and say "that guy takes his work seriously." Well, he was right! Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired.
