"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I had been having difficulties having people show up when they were supposed to. Things were different with Brunell Construction. They were timely in communicating and completing repair. As part of their service, they did a walk around the home. They were honest in what was needed (in my case--not needed) and did not try to upsell. In their walk around the house, they found a gas leak which could have lead to a dangerous situation. They were friendly and professional. I am having them back to complete another job when it can be scheduled."

"This was the third project we hired Marty and his crew to complete for us, and they did not disappoint. The job was significantly delayed due to material shortages but was ultimately completed beautifully. Marty was very professional and quickly responded to any issues we had (i.e. when the plumbing work resulted in our radiant heat being non-functional, in January) and worked with us to cover the costs of these unexpected events. His team installed a brand new bathroom including breaking up our floor for the plumbing and also re-did all of the surfaces of our basement (walls, floors, stairs, ceilings, lighting, and closets). They also helped us move our furniture into the space once the job was complete. If another job comes up we will not hesitate to hire Marty and his crew again. They are a pleasure to work with - kind, prompt, professional, and considerate of our space."

"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

His original quote was very fair and his honest approach made what could be a stressful situation very comfortable. Luke was assigned to complete the project. "We hired Fishers Contracting company to handle a major main renovation which included raisngly sunken living room to create one seamless great room installing new flooring throughtout the living room, dining room and kitcken. Also new floor molding, indoor molding the transformation was absolutely incredible. Transitioning 3 different rooms into 1 continuous space takes a lot of skill, and their attention to detail On the floor leveling and flooring was to tier. They were professional, efficient and delivered exactly what they promised and more and then we couldn't be happier with our new space and highly recommend them."
