"Paramount Granite Company was a joy to work with! They offered an incredibly reasonable and detailed estimate (including options and their costs) within a day. When I visited their offices, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Barb answered my questions and showed me their slabs of granite (as well as the sinks and faucets they offer). I had already viewed slabs of granite at the various warehouses, but they had some beautiful pieces to choose from. I ended up picking a gorgeous piece of St. Cecelia granite from their selection, which just happened to be in the least expensive category.
The whole process was made easy by Angie's prompt and helpful responses to my emails. Paramount was flexible with my schedule when we needed to postpone the installation by a week. On the day of installation, the workers arrived on time and worked quickly and excellently. I was impressed when they discovered (from a spec sheet they brought along) that the particular slide-in range we had chosen needed rounded corners for the opening. The worker finished the job except for this part, drove back to the office and returned within the hour with the rounded piece to complete the job perfectly!

"The process went smoothly and the counters look great. I was impressed with their display and slab room. We had 75 square feet of quartz installed and they did a good job through the process. David was our rep, Christian measured and Jeff installed. Each of them was able to answer the questions I had and they did a really good job on the seams. I did not realize there were so many different options and all options. Have charges for that particular option. The only concern I had with the install is I did not like the way they mounted the sink to the underside of the quartz with silicon and two boards one on each side. I actually took the boards off and replaced them to cover the full width of the sides of the sink. I would certainly use them again but would make I paid closer attention to how the specifics of how they would install the product."

"Sam did an excellent job repairing our siding.  Since the manufacturer no longer manufactured the exact style, Sam suggested that he could take some existing pieces from the side of the house that had a lot shrub coverage for the repair and replace with a close match.  The replaced pieces are hardly noticeable and hidden by the shrubs. 

His painter also did a great job.  Both gentlemen are friendly and easy to work which is a huge plus from my wife's perspective."

"The builders were responsive, friendly, and respectful. Though they were working on multiple timelines, they were very respectful of ours (including when family would be visiting, etc). The bedroom they put into our basement looks like it was built their originally--it is seamless and looks fantastic. This includes a custom window seat and storage which they stained to match the rest of the wood in our house. They were also willing to take care of multiple unrelated small projects that we could not find a reliable handyman to fix (like re-caulking our countertop, fixing nail pops, etc)--which they could have easily deferred since they typically only do large projects. Everyone of their workers was very respectful and friendly to my family. My young son talked about them all the time--he could not wait to see them in the morning. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future."

"All old carpet and pad was removed and disposed of the same day of install. They vacuumed little scraps of old materials and then installed the new carpet in the great room, 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairway and closets. I'm sure I paid a little extra to have the furniture moved  to other areas of the house while the work was being done, but it was well worth it. The laminate looks great and was installed quickly with little mess.
  All in all I think I got a great deal on my home renovation. It was a fair price and quality work. I would recommend this company
to my friends and would not hesitate to call on them again in the future.
