"Charlie showed up in a timely manner to inspect chimney cap. Upon inspection it was determined to be in good shape. It just didn’t look like it was. After painting instead of replacing, it looked new. Looks great and saved me money. Honestl and affordable. Highly recommend!"

"I appreciate everything you did for me in getting a new roof because of wind damage. These pictures enable me to see the before and after views of my roof. And also to show them to my family and friends. Your company did an excellent job with tear off, while installing, and clean up. You have an excellent staff and you are an excellent project manager. Thank you,"

"Prior to the work starting, Massey came out and did a very thorough job of explaining the work, the process, and the level of effort.  The bid layout was fantastic, including color photos of the chimney outlining the area they were going to rebuild, and a detailed explanation of what the costs include.  I did my due diligence and got several bids from the well known local masonry companies, and Massey's was right in the mix competitively.  What really impressed me about Massey was how they handled what happened next......as soon as they showed up and set up the scaffolding, I got a call from Matt telling me they had to stop work on the rip down because we had <b>BATS!!!</b>  Yes, bats were living in between our chimney and our flue and had wedged in there from the gaps in the brick mortar.  And so began a multi- week process for us to rid the bats before they could complete the chimney project.  Throughout the entire 4-5 week delay, Massey was so accommodating and patient during what was a stressful time for us to contract a pest solutions company to get the bats out so they could finish the chimney.  They left the scaffolding in place and kept in touch frequently with me each week so we could coordinate the project to re-start.  At no time did I feel pressure from Massey to "hurry up" with the bat problem so they could finish.  In the end after battling the rainy season, they finished up, and even picked up some additional work on the side of my house.  It all looks great.  VERY pleased with how Massey handled the project and the quality of the work looks great.  Mortar and bricks match the rest of the house as much as it could-  the brick on my house is not used anymore, so they got the best match.  Will use Massey for any masonry going forward, and recommend them to others.  Matt was very helpful through the process. <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"Last fall I bought a house with a gas fireplace, and during the inspection it was noted the damper was blocked. The inspector thought that there was probably debris in the chimney causing the blockage. So I hired Absolute Clean to unblock and clean the chimney. They found that the blockage was caused not by debris but by a piece of mortar protruding from the masonry. In fact the chimney had probably never been used even though the house was 47 years old. So it turned out that there wasn't really a whole lot of chimney sweeping to do as far as build-up, but there was a little debris which they cleaned out, and they checked it to make sure that it was safe to use. They showed me how to turn it on safely and gave me some tips on positioning the logs, and where to buy gas logs if I wanted a different look. Very nice fellows. <br />"

"They sent a man the next morning, he went up on the roof to check the condition of the skylights and to cover them to protect from the rain. I asked Bone Dry to give me an estimate and they gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done to install much better skylights and replaced them quickly and efficiently. Bone Dry has done work for many of my neighbors and they are a superb company."

"When I advised what the fireplace was doing (shutting off after a few minutes) he advised it likely needed a pilot assembly. He didn't perform any other work. I asked for an estimate on the pilot assembly. He quoted me exactly double what I paid for some else to come out for a second opinion (another service call fee) and actually replace the pilot assembly. They spent 45 minutes cleaning fireplace after replacing the assembly (which they had on the truck) and were very professional. The low $49 inspection special was simply to get me to pay double for the required service."
