"We ordered our kitchen cabinets from Cabinets.com for our Kitchen Renovation. The cabinets arrived on time and the quality did not disappoint - they are made very well. We love our new cabinets! Their customer service is exceptional. I recently ordered two shelves to match our cabinets and I did not realize the side edges did not have a finished surface - I contacted customer service and Amy sent me edgebanding as a courtesy free of charge - That was very much appreciated. Thanks Cabinets.com"

"Initial contact with Karen was good, she came out on time to our newly constructed home, measured the closet and showed us what design she had in mind.  We received a quote a couple of days later and decided to go with them as we were trying to save time and stress by having someone else take care of this closet as it was large, my husband had done the rest of the closets in the home.  The installer came out on July 2nd as planned, my husband was home for installation.  Apparently the measurements were wrong, so part of the closet was installed, we had to make an appointment to finish at a later date when the correct size came in.  When I got home, I walked in our closet and the first thing I noticed was the smell of smoke (cigarette).  I asked my husband if the intallers were smokers, he said he didn't know.  He said he noticed a funny smell, but thought it would go away.  The next day, I still could still smell the smoke, my husband agreed, it smelled like smoke.  I should have called right away, but we thought it might dissipate on it's own.  When the installer returned to finish the job, I was home and I could smell smoke on the installer.  After he finished the job, I called Karen to tell her about the smoke smell.  She had the owner in the office with her, he assured me that our closet unit pieces were not exposed to smoke.  He said they wipe the units down with acetone after installation, there should not be any smoke smell.  I assured him my closet did smell like smoke.  He suggested giving it a couple of days to see if it would go away, he believed it was in the air, not on the closet unit.  By that evening, I couldn't take the smell any longer and was concerned about the smell getting into my new walls and carpet.  I called Karen on her cell phone that evening (after hours), she answered her phone and said she would talk to the owner the next day (Saturday).  In the meantime, she suggested putting a bowl of ammonia in the closet to absorb the odor.  We went online to find suggestions to remove smoke smell, one suggestion was the bowl of ammonia, along with baking soda on the carpet and wiping down the unit with vinegar.  My husband went to the store to buy these items, then spent an hour wiping down the unit and sprinkling baking soda.  We also put an air purifier machine in the closet.  We gave it two days, removed the ammonia and vacuumed the carpet.  It seemed to have worked.  I heard from the owner a day later, he was trying to track down why the closet unit had that odor and could not solve the mystery.  I believe that the installer most likely was smoking in the van with our unit.  I told him we resolved the issue ourselves, outlining the steps we took.  We were not happy that we had decided to have someone else do this closet to save time and stress, and it ended up causing us time and stress.  I'm not going to give this company an F, my concerns were addressed, I think it should have been taken a little more seriously than it was.  Overall, if you decide to use this company and do not want a closet that smells like smoke, it would be a good idea to tell them upfront that you would prefer a non-smoking installer.  The unit itself is satisfactory.

"I had New Space design and install an office in my old home and when moving, I wanted to move the furntiure to the new home.  Since the cabinets are installed, New Space came to the old home and de-installed and prepared the items for moving.  My movers took everything to the new house and then I worked with the designer to re-configure the cabinetry layout for my new office.  New Space did come pick up one of the cabinets that was damaged during the move to have it repaired.  New countertops and fabric board were made and then office was re-installed.

"It went quite well. High quality cabinets, great prices, Cabinet Solution's attention to detail and desire to see the job done correctly despite its smaller than average size, looks and works great. We will likely hire Cabinet Solutions within the next year to likewise remodel our larger kitchen."

"

excellent  job.   Very professional.   Did an awesome job on the cabinets.   Wayne came out a couple of times to check on the progress and make sure everything was done correctly.   Had one cabinet that the finish did not look right and Wayne ordered the piece to fix it right away.  The price was very reasonable and we were kept informed of the all time frames and when we could expect the cabinets to arrive.  Would highly recommend them for any kitchen work.

"Ben became a part of our family! He came out to measure and survey the area where the vanity would be installed. He presented us with the initial drawings of the overall cabinet, side panels, legs, for our approval. We made some tweaks to the design, but the first draft was really close, so we know he was paying attention to what we were asking for. Later Ben brought by wood and stain samples for our selection, and kept us up to date as to the progress of the project and the approximate time it would be complete. The project went very smoothly with no real issues and took about 2 1/2 weeks to complete. As with any custom made furniture the vanity was expensive, but for us well worth the price of something as unique and as beautiful as this! Custom Rooms and Cabinetry Inc. also makes entertainment centers and other pieces of custom furniture for the home.

"I had Christopher Custom Kit & Bath come out to give me a bid on my bathroom. We got their name from our the PJ who
did the tile in our kitchen.. who by the way.. did a great job.. Talented guy...
I saw the fotos of their previous work and was really impressed...
They came out straight away. They were very professional, responsive and
punctual.  Although in the end we choice to use a dif company, I still
wanted to write a review to let others know how nice they were and how much I
appreciated their time & expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to have Joe &
the gang in our home & would consider having them bid out another project
for us in the future. :-)
