He came on time, was very courteous, and explained the entire process.  He also gave me tips and tricks with caring for the tub in the future.  He layed down drop cloths through the house and taped off the bathroom very neatly.  Finally, Scott finished on time and cleaned up as if he was never there."

"They could have completed the job completely. They took pieces of it apart but they did not put those back together. I had the son of the maintenance guy put them back together. I'm just complaining about the completion of the whole job but the quality, workmanship, and everything were fine."

"In June I decided that I needed to spruce up the garage so I called Dunn Home Improvements (DHI). They installed additional lighting in the garage, hung shelving that I had bought at a flea market and installed 4 additional electrical outlets plus an additional outlet on my deck.  They had all of these items completed by the time I came home from work.  Now I have an orderly garage where I can actually find what I?m looking for!  I have used DHI for several years now and I plan on using them for many more.  They do great work, provide great customer service all at an affordable price.

We could not be happier with the service and installation of all of the services listed above.  We had a family reunion in October 2014 and Wade and his team made our home look spectacular for our event.  We are still so pleased with the job. "Steve Burleyson did an excellent job remodeling our master bath. Working alone, he removed our existing shower enclosure and replaced it. He also installed new shower doors. He pulled out the bathroom sink and toilet and laid new tile flooring. He was efficient, courteous, neat and professional. We also had glass block windows installed in the master and hall bathrooms by this company. The work was done quickly and neatly and we are extremely happy with the results."

"He and his coworker came for an estimate and were ready to get started as soon as I said yes to the estimate (even though it was late in the day). Their estimate was nice because it included not only some trouble shooting, drying,and clean up. I had another estimate where they said they could do clean up but I would need someone else to put the carpets and get the walls back, etc. I liked that they could do everything all together. They were such hard workers-evenings, weekends,etc. They were very pleasant and professional. Always put on those little booties to protect your home from outside dirt!  You could tell this is a family owned and operated business and they are committed to making it work. The owner was there each time and he answered questions well and I felt he was very honest and trustworthy. He also made comments on some things we could do to help prevent this from happening in the future. The work they did was very thorough. Drying process took a few days and they came regularly to check on the work.  The carpet stains came out and were dried. The walls were cleaned and put back in their original place. Would definitely recommend them!
