"I had first heard bad things from a friend of mine about this company, but that couldn't of been further from the truth, other carpet cleaners I called that day did not answer or called back an hour later, Bravo answered on the second ring and promised a tech within the hour,  (I had a tech from bravo before I even got called back by other company.)  <br />     The tech showed up on time and was very nice, we talked about carpet for 30 mins, the tech was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, he even took my area rugs to their shop and dry cleaned them by hand for no extra charge, even delivered them back to me not long after for no additional charge. And we laughed and joked when he arrived, he moved my furniture and reset the rug and moved all furniture back, he walked around the home to see if the problem stains had in fact disappeared, (which they did) I was very impressed and will ask for that tech again, His name was Matt and he did a great job. <br />"

"ARR was very professional, both in price and behavior. They were able to clean the carpet within 24 hours of my inquiry, showed up on time, were polite and friendly, and did a terrific job. The carpet was dry less than 12 hours later and it looks and feels wonderful. <br /> The only complaint is that they left an upstairs window open in a vacant house. It was on the 3rd floor, so probably not a huge risk, but I had asked about how quickly the carpet would dry if all doors/windows were closed, because the house was vacant. So they knew this was a concern. Still, I am very satisfied and recommend. <br />"

"I used CERL on a number of mold inspections and for testing. They did great at providing results needed and going general inspections prior to home purchase. My only recommendation is to call CERL to review the report with them as they are difficult to understand and they are careful how they word things as they have to be careful working in Santa Fe with some much property bought and sold. I plan to use them for future testing that I will need done. I feel they are the best in town and well work the cost of the mold inspection to know what your purchasing."
