"The front walk on this house was slate slabs surrounded with fill pebbles and the pebbles were constantly migrating into the yard slowly driving me crazy. Mr. Laird gave me a competitive bid and installed a walk with paving stones. His work has garnered numerous complements from neighbors and has really added to the curb appeal of our house. Plus he was able to utilize the old slate slabs in a small patio at the base of the deck he was installing at the same time."

"Exceptional Exceptional Exceptional They are truly amazing and words don’t do justice enough about their quality of work and professionalism"

"I hired them to replace my roof. They did a total tear off and replacement. Very fast and proffesional. They cleaned up everything and addressed all my questions and concerns. I will be having them back to replace my siding as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done for sure."

"Professional, quality workmanship. My mahogany deck was in need of repair and staining. They did a remarkable job!"

"I highly recommend Renslar Home and Woodcraft. The owner, James is fantastic! He has done many projects for me small and large. I have personally referred him to family members who have also used his services. James is so professional, courteous and detail oriented! His prices are fair and competitive. I am always very happy and satisfied with his work. I cannot recommend James enough!"

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation. The job was reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Trevor at Precision Renovations to anyone."

"Brandon did a fantastic job. Added a new second story deck, stairs and sliding glass door. He is a professional, very thorough and committed individual. I will definitely use his services in the future."

"We couldn’t be happier with the work Sean did on our deck. From start to finish, he was excellent to work with. Communication was outstanding—he kept us informed, showed up when he said he would, and was always punctual and professional. As the project progressed, there were a few changes, including a pretty major change order, along with some smaller adjustments. Sean was incredibly accommodating and worked with us every step of the way. He never made us feel like we were being a pain or that our changes were a problem, and he was great about finding ways to make everything work. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, but what really stood out to us was how easy Sean made the entire process."
