"When I decided to get new siding for my house, I had a two-page list of other items I wanted to address besides replacing the siding. My list included removing the brick skirt in front, squaring off the garage door opening, removing unnecessary gable vents, installing new storm doors, and replacing a side door into the garage with a window. When Jesse Avery arrived to discuss the siding estimate, I think he was a little surprised by the list of additional work. We walked through all the items on the list and Jesse took notes and measurements, saying he’d need to work with his boss to come up with an estimate that included all the extra work. When I received the final estimate, I was happy with the detailed cost breakdown and reasonable grand total. I also liked the type of siding they used, Charter Oak, since it was higher quality than other brands I’d looked at and offered many more color options. So, I happily accepted the proposal. From the start of the project, Jesse was great about staying in touch with me about any changes or issues. I was having trouble deciding on a siding color, which is a daunting task when you realize your whole house will be that color! Jesse worked with the siding vendor to get addresses of buildings that used the siding colors I was considering so I could see how they looked before I made my final choice. After deciding on a color, Jesse provided a mock-up illustration of my house in the new color, and I knew I’d made the right selection. Once the siding work began, I was amazed by how fast the job went. The siding crew arrived by 7 AM every day and stayed until it started getting dark, taking time to clean up the site at the end of every day. The crew was outstanding, working very hard and reaching out to Jesse quickly whenever they found any issues uncovered by removing the old materials so the project could stay on track. As a result, the job was done in five days! My neighbors have given me a thumbs up on my new blue house, and contractors working on other projects for the house have also commented on the excellent quality of the work. So, I am very happy with the finished product and happy to recommend Exceptional Exteriors to anyone in the market for new siding!"

He listened to everything I say and to my ideas, they ask assistance and they did brain storming also. The owner of the company even came out just to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I just feel very taken care of, they don't take advantage, they were very respectful and did an amazing job for me. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend them."

"I was shopping for replacement basement windows and called The Window Source. No one answered the office phone when I called and I didn't leave a message. Two or three days later I received a call from Jim McCann asking if I was looking for some information/pricing on windows. He explained he was returning my call from a caller ID log in his office. Well, I thought that was a good sign that he bothered to follow-up. We scheduled an appointment. Jim was right on time and his quote was lower than the other 2 quotes I had received. Jim told me up front it would be a little more than a month before he could have the windows installed. Jim called back about a month later and we scheduled an installation date. Jim and his installers arrived at the scheduled time and had the work completed in about 4 hours. The installation work and the windows (Sunrise Windows, check them out on the internet) were high quality. They cleaned up after the installation. I would certainly recommend at least getting an estimate from Jim if you are considering replacement windows. I would definitely hire them again based on my experience.

"We had water damage in our kitchen and dining room from ice dams over the winter. Patrick and Mike installed new insulation, drywall, and reinstalled our kitchen wall cabinets. They also installed new tile on the kitchen walls, installed new light switches, and replaced nozzles for the washing machine water lines. They did an amazing job! Tile looks great. Drywall is seamless and looks better than before. Patrick and Mike were timely, professional, clean, and cared about my property as if it were their own. I highly recommend PG Remodeling. We will be hiring them again in the future for home improvements, plumbing, electrical work, etc."
