"Used this company several years ago and was very pleased with the results; this past year, our large shade tree on the west side of our house fell down, and we needed to do all the windows on that side. It was no problem getting an appointment, and they offered to come out to do a free estimate, but I was confident that it would be reasonable because of the past work they have done for me, so I just scheduled an install appt. He had a UV meter which showed that the old film we had installed when the house was built was not blocking any uv rays, which explains why our furniture had faded, and that the new film did block the rays, and the new films are much better and last longer. I like the fact that it's a 3M product, a name I know. <br /> Joe is punctual, very professional, thorough and honest. He didn't try to push me into something I didn't want or need when I wasn't sure I wanted to do one window; he said to live with the one window with the film and decide when he came back out (we had to special order for one window because it is so large, so he had to make two trips), and I decided not to do that window. <br /> The film looks beautiful, offers privacy from our neighbors and is helping keep our house cool and our a/c bills down. "Called Norton for a quote for new windows.  The representative did a good job of educating and explaining the differences in his product and vinyl.  His product was more money but I got frustrated because he would not give me a quote without coming back to my home present it.  I was getting other quotes and needed to know what his product was going to cost to consider it.  Ultimately, I went with vinyl because I couldn't get the information I wanted from Norton when I asked directly.  Norton seems like a great company, but they need to remember the needs of their customers and not just how superior their product is."
