"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"Rick is very experienced with repairing appliances. 20+ years of experience with exceptional customer service. I will definitely use him again should the need arise."

"He came and looked at my appliance and said it would cost more to fix it then it was worth and left."

"Eddie was terrific! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and conscientious, and he seems to have very high standards. He made two visits to our house (each about a 2-hour round trip drive), two days apart. He probably could have gotten by with the repairs he did on the first visit, but he thought that if he could obtain a few additional parts he could come back and give us an even better final product. The price was very good, too. It was as low or lower than any other service person we contacted. (Incidentally, the second visit added only $25 above Eddie's original estimate - probably barely enough to cover his gasoline costs!). Overall, an extremely positive experience and I happily recommend Eddie!"

"Jake was prompt, courteous and did an amazing job installing a brand new ceiling fan in my daughter's bedroom. And due to the deal I bought from Angie's List for the company, the price was right! I would definitely recommend Murphy Family Electric, especially Jake, for any electric job you have, big or small."

"Service was good, they very on time, very friendly, and considerate. Their prices were pretty reasonable."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Fantastic!! I would recommend Roman and Tony for any gutter or home renovation needs in a heartbeat. I stand behind their work 100%."

"The company was very prompt in replying. He was very honest that he could do the repair but it would not be worth it since he would have to charge for the travel so the coupon price could not be honored."
