"Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"First, these guys are awesome. Not everything went perfect but they made it perfect at the end. They are honest, service oriented, competent, hard working, and reliable. First, the roofing. They came out, bought top quality supplied, planned the work, and carefully inspected the roof to plan the work. The did the work using proper construction techniques and did not take shortcuts. They sealed the gutters using top quality supplies and application techniques. I have not had any problems with leaking. Before, every rainstorm the gutters were overflowing from all sides of the house. Now the attic fan. We had a few snafus with the attic fan but Davidson was attentive all through. They installed the switch in the wrong direction and corrected that a few days later. The fan was very noisy and after trying a few different things Davidson decided to swap out for a new fan. They ate the cost COMPLETELY. The fan worked flawlessly. This is what all contractors should be like. Thanks George and Angel!!!!!"

Of course, I had more gutters to clean then the discounted price allowed--not surprised, a lot of Angie's vendors do this, so I ended up paying an extra $100.

That being said, the work was professional, thorough, and was impressed with the finished product.  Kris was the person who performed the work and he communicated, was knowlegdable, and went the extra mile to assure that the gutters were cleaned.  He gives the company a good reputation and I appreciated his customer service.

"Arrived on time as promised.  We had to reschedule a couple of times due to the weather (unsafe to be on roof).  
 we were concerned about a leak around one of the vent pipes that had damaged some dry wall in our lower level ceiling so we were concerned about any damage on the roof.  After they arrived, they quickly inspected the roof, paying particular attention to the vent pipe that we suspected was causing the leak.  They found a small crack in the sealant around the pipe and resealed it and just to be sure that all the other pipes didn't have a similar problem, they resealed the remaining 6 pipes.
Overall, we were very happy with the service. They were prompt, polite, professional and didn't "hunt" for anything to make a fast buck.  The entire time spent on the roof was less than 30 minutes.  We've had zero leaks since the resealing.

"Installation was awesome and fast. Very good job done by techs. Now, the bad. After the project was complete the sales people continue to call to drum up more business. We have asked them to stop calling several times. To this day they still call and last time I threatened them with a harassment law suit. It was a good thing until the phones calls constantly came in. Then they don't know what they are talking about, we mentioned a roof they said they would send someone but this company doesn't do roofs in our area. Stop calling,,,,,,Do not take deal sales person offers, we turned it down and the manager called and knocked $2500 off service. Hold out!!!"
