They would have been a little higher if were not for the 10% discount from Angie's list. Service person was congenial and informative. No pressure to upgrade, just an explanation of what we were likely to need and a quote on what that would cost. Installed the same day and is working well."

"I phoned J & J on 3/24/15 and we discussed my situation. He asked if I'd like the same day afternoon appointment or a morning appointment the following day. I chose the following day. On 3/25/15 he arrived promptly at 8 am and assessed the sink by diagnosing where the leak was, removing the parts associated with said leak and realized there was a seal missing when it was originally installed. The whole apparatus was corroded as well from years of water running through it. He was able to clean off all corrosion to see that I did not need to purchase a whole new attachment, all I needed was a seal. He left to the store to grab a seal, came back and it was all installed and fixed by 9 am. My sink looks better than new and works great. He was friendly, courteous, prompt, knowledgable and worked quickly. I have saved J & J Plumbing as my favorites on Angies List as we will use them again! <br />"
