Mark installed approximately 2000 square feet of laminate flooring and 400 square feet of terracotta tile along with prepping the floors and taking all the existing materials up. They then sent out a different specialist who examined the flooring closely and told me they could try a refinishing, but there were no guarantees of success. I gave the go-ahead, and all 600 sq ft were sanded lightly, refinished, and done in one day. I am well satisfied with the results: floor looks great, and cost was way cheaper than replacement!"

"We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"
