"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"Todd and Dave were great. They were extremely professional and the quality of their work was more than I expected. During the cabinet installation they were able to use extra material to create extra shelving and a great decoration piece that covered over an ugly vent pipe jutting out of a wall that wasn't originally in the designers plans. It came out looking beautiful and you would never have guessed it was there. They were very friendly and easy to work with guys which was relieving after meeting with other contractors for quotes and getting attitude on size of the job and that I didn't buy the cabinets or counter top through them. Would highly recommend as Todd stands by his quote (minus unforeseen issues for materials) and is a honorable contractor to work with."

"Peter was incredibly responsive.  He responded to my initial email within a couple of hours. I received quotes from 2 other plumbers for the work and all were about the same price but Peter was by far the most responsive and professional.  He gave me a 1-hour window from 11-12 and showed up right at 11:30.  He took the time to answer any questions I had about the permit / inspection process and operation / maintenance of the new water heater.  He will definitely be my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future.

We would have given them full marks in every category but next day we saw paint overruns on sides of two cabinets and spots on the window. Also did not dispose of old wood and gutter they had replaced. In their defense it was dark and maybe they missed seeing these things. But otherwise we are pleased with their work."

They went above and beyond just painting my home, with rotted wood replaced, flashing installed, putting the screens in and out, and fixing a previously poorly installed window (all included in the price, no add on charges). My house looks fantastic! As a single woman, I did not feel patronized, but felt very comfortable having "strangers" around my home. (If you're a single woman, this is a big deal.) And I no longer consider them strangers. The estimate was not the lowest or highest and I feel I received a very good value for my money. I would hire them for other work in a heartbeat."
