"We are very happy with how Serge was able to go through our list of home maintenance projects, and complete them all in less than 2 days. He repaired cracked plaster on walls, and repainted them; installed cabinet handles; fixed a short in a light switch; fixed a toilet; and re-grouted the tile in a shower. He was dependable, arriving on schedule, and easy to contact and communicate with. When we needed him to come back to retouch a small chip in the grout, he set up an appointment and prompting took care of it. He also provided an itemized list of costs soon after he visited our home to see what was needed to be done. We will be hiring him for future projects and highly recommend him to others."

"They treated my home with care and completed the renovation beautifully."

"Allan is a highly skilled, hard-working, smart, reliable and honest contractor who attends to details—and has a great sense of humor. He did most of the work himself but also hired and worked well with sub-contractors. He started with our garage, creating plans for a remodel with the help of an architect and then precisely implemented those plans. He went on to demolish our old kitchen (to the studs and sub-floor) and rebuild it, according to architectural blueprints. The job required reframing three windows, building walls, putting in a new fir floor, installing cabinetry and a very heavy but beautiful hood/vent, installing appliances, tiling and painting walls, window frames and a box-beam ceiling. A complicated part of the job was building a permanent buffet with rounded corners and tempered glass inserts which he did well. He also built walls and laid flooring in our laundry room. We feel so lucky to have found and worked with Allan, and we’re hoping to be able to work with him again on future projects."

"Volcano Builders turned our outdated home into a modern, comfortable living space that we now absolutely love. Their team was professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about their work. They didn?t just complete the job?they perfected it. Every fixture, finish, and corner was done with care. We?ve worked with other contractors in the past, but none have come close to the quality and service we received from Volcano Builders. Highly recommended!"

"They did an absolutely fantastic job handling a variety of tasks around our home, from replacing trim and staining the deck to repairing a section of gutter, trimming a tree away from the house, and even helping move heavy furniture. Everything was done efficiently, with great attention to detail. It was truly a pleasure working with such a hardworking and upbeat team. Thank you so much"

"It took us time to find a contractor. We got over Six quotes only two contractors actually sent us a bid. Ben was very responsive. He sent us the quote within a week from the visit. We were very satisfied with the process. We were always in the know. We have done renovations In the past with contractors and we were always not pleased with not knowing the schedule. We finally found someone we can trust and will definitely be using him again. Thank you again Ben it was a pleasure meeting you and working with you."

"We had Roman and his team complete new flooring throughout our home, interior painting, and a kitchen remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning, Roman was communicative, professional, and easy to work with. Since we were staying out of the house during construction, he sent us daily text updates with photos so we always knew how the project was progressing. The entire job was completed ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus. The quality of the work was excellent, and it was obvious that Roman takes real pride in his craftsmanship. He paid attention to the small details and even took care of minor wall repairs and paint touch-ups that weren’t part of the original scope, simply because he wanted everything to look right. On the few occasions where small issues came up during the project, he addressed them quickly and without hesitation at no cost. His pricing was fair, the work exceeded our expectations, and the entire experience was stress-free."

"Sean and the crew at iconiq construction did an amazing job on our new deck build. Would def recommend him to anyone looking for a good and honest contractor."

"I hired Hom Repair Pro LLC. He came on time, worked really efficiently and didn't try to sell me a solution that wasn't needed. He was too far under the market price so I did have to discuss with him about charging more correctly and I paid him more fairly. His work was very, very good."

"Honestly, I have to say Max promised to be the best contractor ever. And he was, in our experience. The crew did great work and were meticulous. They had pride in their work. There was excellent communication. It was done in a week and site was left clean."
