License and bonded subcontractors are used in new construction and major re-models. We offer free estimates, and prefer to work with our customers in all design work. We have an excellent line of reasonably priced cabinets and granite counter tops. We are customer oriented and aim to please.

Jared's labor and countertop cost for our project was $21, 473,65 (appx. $9K under budget). Our new cabinets, sink, stove top, range hood, tile and garbage disposal were separate costs that we paid for. Regardless, the total cost was below $50K for our beautiful and functional new kitchen."

The electrician tapped into existing wires, over loading the breaker and the water tank connections were not threaded and sealed correctly causing a leak with the expansion tank. Luckily I found good people to do the work and get it done right."

I paid the deposit promptly; however, upon reviewing the written contract, I discovered significant discrepancies in our agreement. For example, we had agreed to install tiles on the bathroom floor, but the contractor later claimed that the tiles were not included. The contractor stated he would not proceed with the job as stated in the contract, and I concurred. Consequently, the job never started, and the contract was canceled on the same day the deposit was paid. I formally requested a full refund of my deposit, to which the contractor agreed. However, when I inquired about the timeline for the refund, he responded, "When I get to it." This delay is unacceptable, and I am still waiting for my refund. I demand a full refund of $2,500 without further delay. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter."
