Mr. Jalbert answered my service request within ten minutes and came to my home within a half hour. He inspected my work, had no issues and then informed me there were two broken lines somewhere not a result of the changes. Through process of elimination within the wiring harnesses he found the breaks and repaired them. He inspected my home, said everything looked great, made a couple of upgrade recommendations and offered a package price with a half hour repair time while he was onsite. I agreed to the service.
