There were 7 crew members and they were able to get the job done in one day and they cleaned up well after themselves. He showed up with all the appropriate equipment. The work was done to my satisfaction and they were very professional during the appointment. This was is only roofer I will use.

"Here's my story. I built most of my home and roofed or reroofed it over the last 30 years. It was time to the entire house once more. I've reached the point where I had no interest in hauling shingles up a ladder on my "free" time. Enter Angieslist. I contacted some 8 roofers or roofing companies with reviews with "A" ratings. Yes I read the reviews. Some sent sales people to sell me on the materials. Some came to look it over. Few actually measured. Dave calls and says he can stop by a Sunday. Perfect. He's the only guy who actually goes up on my roof. I asked all the others. Not one felt the need to. Hmmm. I want to show them my problem areas. I did tell them I built a large part of my house. Nope they'll spitball it. I'm pretty picky about the work I have done. [Engineer by trade]. I also want the guy I talking with to be on site while the work is done. Sending me a salesman is not what I want. I don't care about warranties. Like I'm going to get into a lawsuit with GAF. Use quality, name brand materials and I'm good. I also don't need some college kid or other on my home. So long story short I hire Dave. He does everything and more. On time. Professional. Cleans up every day. I liked him so much that some siding needed replacement and he came back and did that between other jobs. My only gripe is that he's so popular [with good reason] that I had to wait a couple months. Wish he installed driveways..."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"Gary, was very helpful and pointed me on the right direction after I had discussed my concerns. Had he been able to help me I would have gladly hired him. My system ended up being under warranty and he suggested I contact the manufacture as to not void my warranty."

"Sam, the owner, although busy with many other jobs, came within a couple of hours of my calling his office when he heard that water was coming into the house from the roof. He performed all the work himself. Sam explained everything he was going to do, was very pleasant and professional. Will have him return in Spring to do a heat wire installation to prevent ice damming again. I highly recommend Sam and his company.

"HomePro did a great job with the repairs at my rental for Tile replacement, 2nd story porch demo and rebuild, Siding repair and window replacement. It makes things easy when you are able to work with a one stop shop that can take care of all your projects as opposed to dealing with multiple contractors. They were responsive and completed the job timely. The face of HomePro for me was Will and Phil and they took the time to explain what exactly they were doing and were always diligent with the project."

"From beginning to end, it was a great experience -- surprisingly great, in fact.  Our garage was getting old, and we were trying to figure out what do do about it.  We invited Mr. Harris out to our house and -- surprise # 1 -- he seemed far more interested in helping us figure out what actually needed to be done than in talking us into hiring him.  We agreed that the roof needed replacing, but -- surprise # 2 -- he didn't want a materials deposit until he could give us a firm start date.  He estimated that he could get to it in about four weeks but -- surprise # 3 -- actually got to it much earlier than that.  He gave us a start date and -- surprise # 4 -- the crew showed up and did the work on the promised day.  And the roof looks just terrific -- which, after surprises 1-4 -- really wasn't a surprise at all!  We've already hired him for a number of other projects and can't say enough good about his work & his service!!!!!!"

"Excellent! Hardworking crew! Finished our roof in a day. The guys worked an 11 hour day in 91 degree weather! They left our yard spotless and moved all lawn furniture back to their spots when they were done. They went all around the perimeter of the house with a gigantic magnet on wheels to ensure all loose nails and debris was picked up. My husband is a contractor and I think it speaks volumes when another contractor is impressed with a fellow contractor. Best of all the roof looks great!"
