"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "The work was completed well. However, one technician looked at me like I was crazy with all my questions and neither of them seemed pleased with me asking questions. I like to know all my options and informed when I'm paying money and someone is working in my house. They upgraded the toilet for more money without telling me up front that it costed more. The main technician said it was bc the other didn't know much about the price...in that case he should've asked or said he didn't know when I explicitly asked him up front."
