"Amazing care, communication and efficiency!!! We had a pretty bad leak in the pipe connecting to the county water meter. We knew that we needed it fixed fairly quickly. Jacob came out literally within the hour that my husband called. He did not rush through, and really did a great job. It gave him a little pushback, but he ultimately got it fixed and the issue resolved. 1000% recommend Ragsdale, but really give some big props to Jacob!!!!!! Thank you"

"Wonderful! Terry and Justin were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were quick and efficient at installing the new hot water heater so we could have hot water in the house. The cost of the project was very reasonable! Thank you Larry and Terry!!"

"Callison Heating and Air did a great job for us. They were on time, fixed the problem, and house was cool in no time. Very impressed, and recommend highly."

"Nick with plum Popphan did an amazing job with installing my new tankless water heater. With three kids and a wife I am constantly running out of hot water and that became a huge burden to me. He insisted if that was an issue that we switched over to a tankless ever since I have not had no issues with running out of hot water.. The service was exceptional and the quality of work was amazing if you are truly looking for somebody to take care of the issue in your home and you not have no more problems out of it this is the man you are looking for. Make sure you request Nick to guarantee you are getting the work and service you deserve"

"This company was very efficient in solving my issues with my 2-zone AC system not cooling properly. They also removed and replaced my 13 y/o Hot water heater with a super efficient new one that I can control via an app on my smartphone (econet). Their pricing compared to two other competitive quotes was MUCH better than other local companies I've used in the past and their explanation of what was needed to be done was crystal clear. I will continue to use Cochran Cooling and Heating for many years to come."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
