They were able to finish building the deck several weeks before other companies could even start and for the same price. They threw in some extras and the deck looks beautiful. Only 3 of 4 companies were willing to install a roof over the deck. Our deciding factor was the variety of decking to choose from, the quality of decking, the timeline and how well Tom their sales person answered our questions and did not pressure us. He came to our house twice and we exchanged several emails prior to us signing the contract. We actually had one more company scheduled to give us a bid but after our second meeting with Tom we were ready to book the job. The owner Mike and his office person Andrew maintained contact with us and answered questions. The job ended up costing a little more and took a little longer than expected. It was due to 2 unexpected issues beyond Intelligent or our control which caused a slight change in drawings, engineer approval and city inspection. Love our new covered deck!! "Great over-all experience with Fence and Deck Depot from the initial estimate to fence installation. Salesman was very knowledge about their fence products and did not pressure to buy. Office staff kept us well informed about the fence installation scheduling. The crew did a excellent job installing the fence and before they left washed down the vinyl fence and completely cleaned up the yard. A few weeks after the install we noticed one gate needed tweaking. They came the very next day and made the adjustment. The quality of their vinyl fence material is well above any other company we received bids from. We would highly recommend this company."
