Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. "That was a project to convert a single car garage into a recreational room. I love my new room with a ping-pong table, new windows for a daylight in the day time and all ceiling lights when its dark. My new vinyl plank is warm even for bare feet. Thanks to mini split unit on the wall, the room can be heated in a winter or cooled in a summer. Some details of project were changed during the construction and I appreciate how flexible Brent was to adopt the changes and new elements to include into his work. He came up and told first when had met any obstacles and usually came up with suggestion how to avoid, build it differently or even to redo some steps when he thought it could be better for the result. He managed all elements of the big project including extensive demolition, encapsulating creosote, replacing insulation, installing bathroom vanities, designing and installing a fireplace mantel, tiling a fireplace surround and kitchen backsplash, updating a 1970s kitchen and installing new flooring throughout our home. His communication throughout the 10 month project was excellent - with frequent updates via text, email, and in-person meetings. Jeff managed supply chain challenges, weather delays, and clients with changing ideas (!!) with skill and patience. He was instrumental in bringing our vison to fruition, and was a genuine pleasure to work with."
