"Woke up and discovered that I could not get my garage door opened. The coil had broke. I called Precision Door for a service call at 9 am. They texted me to let me know who would be coming by and when. By noon, they helped me get the door open so that I can get my car out of the garage and by 4 pm my door was as good as new. He diagnosed my issue immediately and gave me a price with options for door repair and/or replacement. I chose repair. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

They did a good job and they got the house clean. He did miss one small part. He missed the back side of a rain gutter that right outside our screen porch. They put soap in and washed all the windows. They used a light bleach solution so it wouldn't kill the grass and plants. He has an over the top personality."

He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive.
