"Very nice to deal with, good communication. Concrete pour has some discoloration that cannot be fixed. The slurry from the pour was not directed properly - and wound up coating a garden area in the front of our house. No water could get to the plants, consequently, we had to dig out the concreted soil and take to the dump. Now have to add more top soil. The gravel which was removed from the newly concreted area was spread out over the existing gravel drive but was not leveled or made smooth. Now the driveway is bumpy and we may have to have heavy equipment smooth it out again."

"From the minute they got out of the truck to check our project, to give us a bid we knew they were the company we would hire. They seemed to know what we wanted by way of design and finish, before we spoke. Where other companies had said flat out “We won’t do this.” “Too much work removing old concrete.” Poor access.” Moli said, “Yes, this old concrete gotta go. But, it’s no problem. We bust it up. We take it out.” At the end of the first day all of the old concrete had been removed and taken away. At the end of day two all the forms were set. Day three was rebar and detail work making all ready for the pour. Day four The concrete was poured stamped and finished. On day five everything was picked up cleaned up and they were gone. These are good people. They do good work and they are as honest as the day is long."

"We live in Sudden Valley, in a tri-level home, underneath and surrounded by high trees. Our roof gets covered in winter storm debris--I mean buckets of needles, pine cones, branches--you name it. We met Centsible Services at the home show when they were promoting their roof shampoo system. They came to our home on the date we were promised, set up, and first cleaned off the junk from the roof. They then spent hours cleaning the roof with their equipment and pressure washed the outside of the gutters (they would have cleaned the gutters, but we have a closed gutter system) as well as pressure washed the eaves that need painting and they also pressure washed our deck for us. They cleaned up all the debris from the front and back of the house. The roof looks fantastic. The moss was just beginning to show up and it's all gone now. The price was excellent. The fellow who did the cleaning was professional and yet very friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this company."

"ICC poured a swim spa slab for us. It is 6 inches thick with steel reinforcement, crack control joints, a broom finish and smoothed edges. It looks great. Mone came and visited our house and had a good conversation about what we wanted before bidding on the project. They worked us in to their schedule, clearing and forming things in one afternoon, then pouring later in the week when they could schedule concrete. Mone and the team were courteous, communicative and wanted to ensure that we had a good experience along with a quality product. They filled a couple of flower pot tiki torch stands for us with extra concrete and cleaned up the area when they were done. Great job!"
