"Glenn was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. He replaced a leaking toilet ring and repaired damaged drywall in our ceiling. During the repair, he discovered a leak in our dryer vent that had caused dryer lint to collect in a ceiling cavity. He replaced a portion of the dryer vent and cleaned out the cavity. He does excellent work!"

We had some bad luck with tremendous amounts of rain during the project and he always communicated extremely well what the plan was for that day and was very polite. Even with all the rain the work still got done in a timely manner at an extremely reasonable price. I will be using this company in the future and I would highly recommend them. Nick the General Manager is the one who trained him and it?s clear the apple doesn?t fall far from the tree. They don?t self perform any work, and it shows on the price, communication, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Save your time and money and go with a different company! Added video of our brand new underdecking system that doesn?t work!! The General Manager has yet to send someone out to fix it."

"Requested a roof inspection on a Sunday morning, By that afternoon I got a phone call and set up appointment. Mike and Matt came to the house, looked over the roof them we sat down and went over the insurance estimate line by line. Mike answered everyone of my questions. I booked our roof with Intelligent Roofing. After you sign with them you get a call from Mary she is great. Mary explains everything and how they work. She keeps you informed about the project. We even got our roof done two days ahead of schedule. The crew was great, they keep the yard very clean during the install. Have yet to find a nail or any trash. Matt came by a couple days after completion of the roof. Everything was good. Final payment was made and insurance company called and everything was complete and my check for code updates is on its way. We plan on a siding project with Mike and Matt."
