"I followed a lead a friend mentioned and having a water management basement drain system checked to see if any blockage going towards the sump pump. This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."

"As far as Home Advisor the person you hire needs to be verified before they are dispatched to your home, the first person a "plumber" was nothing close just a man with a drain cleaning tool, no car no truck net even a screwdriver. However, BFMD, LLC was very professional with a truck and tools even a backup if needed. He came into my home and within 10 minutes the clog was gone. "We would Highly Recommend A & C Plumbing.They did an extraordinary job and really went the extra mile for us. We had to replace our main service line. And they were able to come the day after the estimate to do the work, and get the proper permits, which was great since we didn't have any water. They spent the entire day getting a monster of a job done, in the scorching heat. There was a hand dug trench 3ft deep 6 ft across for the main service line, replaced the ancient galvanized main service line, and a whole new up to code system installed inside. So, they go to tie the house into the city line and there's a leak on the city side too. They called it in to DPW and finish their part, and we had water (we hadn't for over 2 days at that point). A & C gave us the DPW work order number and we all think it's going to get taken care of, right.....ð ¤ For the next 2 weeks DPW says they are investigating and to be patient. Then they tell us it's our fault and the leak is on our side, which we knew wasn't correct, and  contacted A & C. We called DPW, A& C called DPW, we emailed, and A &C emailed. We finally got an inspector to really investigate, then DPW came to fix it, twice, after first visit we had no water. Anthony came to the second DPW service call to talk to the crew, supervisor and inspector, to make sure everything was ok and to see if they had any questions for him, then he went to his other job site. When DPW tied the house back to the water main they had clogged the line (working in an open muddy pit) and told me to call the plumber. I called Anthony (A &C), informed him of everything going on. When he finished the job he was working he came back to the house, he cleared out the traps he just installed we Finally had Water! A & C Plumbing are a small local business that really stuck with us and helped us with a difficult time with the water company. Anthony came back when we really needed him to Personally talk with the DPW work crew, supervisors, and inspectors. Competitive rates, Quality work and a Warranty!"
