There was no mess left (they put down plastic and vacuumed up anything that made it onto the floor) and they covered all holes they had to make. "I cannot speak highly enough of this company. The owner is down to earth and fair in all his dealings. He did a fabulous job and was very customer-oriented. He kept me apprised of what he was doing every step of the way and was very communicative. The owner is on site at the job extremely frequently (probably daily for my job), but his crew is so so good. They work very hard whether or not the owner is there. For this job, Outdoor Additions had to work with my pool company, and the pool company also spoke very highly of their interactions. I always felt that if I had a question or problem, that I had no hesitation in raising it. Fortunately, the only problem we actually had was bad weather . . .and I think the owner felt worse than I did about the delay. In December, some bad weather was to be expected - - and I was grateful that Outdoor Additions refused to compromise the quality of the end result by proceeding ahead on days where it was not advisable."

"The first electrician from Kolb took apart the fixture and repaired the lead wires. When stuffing the wires back into the box, there was a loud pop. The other room light didn't work after that and the electrician decided a short blew out all 3 new halogen bulbs. Since I didn't have spares on hand there was no way to check that. Later that day as evening came, we realized lights in other rooms were out too. This was now Friday evening after 5 PM. I called Kolb's 24-hour line. The operator was happy to schedule someone for Saturday service if I agreed to pay the Emergency Service rate. I had to get adamant to make her understand that was not appropriate in this case. After some heated agitation, she agreed to call the supervisor. She quickly called back with his approval for Saturday service. Clearly, she needed a little more customer service training, but I give Kolb credit for coming through. On Saturday, the second electrician spent hours troubleshooting the problem which turned out to be an almost invisible break in the wire that the first electrician missed. There was no additional charge for all that time. So, yes there was a hiccup, but once the problem was elevated, Kolb handled it perfectly."

"I contacted CCS to ask if they would like to bid our bath project making them aware that all bath materials were purchased(sinks, tile, lights, faucets ect). Kevin came to our home and we had a proposal within the week. Although the quote was high, we were hopeful the completed project would be worth the cost. I can now say yes, it was worth the cost. Edgar and Chris gutted the baths, and returned after tile work to install vanities, faucets, lights, ect. Edgar is very professional, he knows his job well and communicates through out the project. They arrived on time and worked late if needed. They covered my hardwood floors daily and cleaned every evening. Megan who is very pleasant contacted me by email and phone to introduce herself, she was very helpful when making decisions on the tile layout by sending pics of options. CCS has a great website for communicating with all on your project and providing a calendar of when they will be onsite. Lastly, they don't send someone to your home for a check. They send an invoice by email and ask that you mail it to their office, this was a first for me and very much appreciated. Personally, I will not hesitate to hire CCS for any future projects!"
