"I hired Matt (with very few credentials at the time) to do a $100k+ basement. Getting ahold of him was difficult throughout the process. For years afterward running the heater produced hours-long knocking noises that made the house barely livable. I have now contacted Matt to replace the upstairs floors (and hopefully fix the duct problems) and I got ghosted."
