Mainly moved up to 6x6 cedar posts for the acceptance of heavy duty hinges to reduce gate sag. Also did a standard build to gate where I feel a triple rail boxed gate would of alleviated the strength and sag issues. Reason for drop of a star. Miscommunication as to expectations with this project. I needed to be more direct to Troy on what was expected. Great job for what was accomplished. Drop of a star mostly due to Gate Sag and will have to be re-worked within a year to address construction issues but, overall the intoxicating smell of fresh cedar can't be enjoyed enough. Thx Troy."

For years afterward running the heater produced hours-long knocking noises that made the house barely livable. I have now contacted Matt to replace the upstairs floors (and hopefully fix the duct problems) and I got ghosted."
