"We used instant booking in the late evening, there was an availability for next day in the A.M. so we scheduled as we needed our microwave repaired due to no heating when operating. We received a call from Sam on the scheduled date (before time frame given) letting us know he was on another job and would be on the way afterwards providing an eta and also called again after leaving the customers home updating us with the time frame of being on the way. He came out diagnosed the problem, made us aware of the problem (control panel), provided the total price (no hidden fee's) after checking to see if the material was available. Scheduled to come out on a Monday (since it was the weekend), we paid the material fee and labor would be paid on Monday. He followed through and once again kept us updated on his status.
