He came over and was able to repair my appliance so I don't need to replace it. He told me there was a diagnostic fee and it would be applied to the repair if it could be repaired, or to the installation if I needed to replace my appliance. So I wouldn't be losing money or spending money unnecessarily. He is fabulous! I don't want to say too many good things about him in case I need to use him again."

"We used instant booking in the late evening, there was an availability for next day in the A.M. so we scheduled as we needed our microwave repaired due to no heating when operating. We received a call from Sam on the scheduled date (before time frame given) letting us know he was on another job and would be on the way afterwards providing an eta and also called again after leaving the customers home updating us with the time frame of being on the way. He came out diagnosed the problem, made us aware of the problem (control panel), provided the total price (no hidden fee's) after checking to see if the material was available.
