"My dad is elderly and needed a new HVAC system. So I decided to find a person who could install a new HVAC system and we found Cody. Cody was very friendly, honest, and communicated very well. At one point he told us we could probably go another 3-5 years with the current system, but since my dad only has so many years left we told he to go ahead and install a whole new system in. He treated us like gold and even spent the time showing my Dad all the new features with the thermostat. I would highly recommend Cody for any repairs or HVAC needs you have."

"Controlling Systems was very easy to work with. They worked with our budget and needs and tried to get us the best price for our unit. When we called with a competitive quote (lower) but wanted to go with them, they were able to add an additional discount. The sales person and installers were both on time and very courteous. They covered the floors to protect them while they worked, and cleaned up after installation. After installation, the installer showed us how to use and maintain the system. We will definitely use them again for maintenance."

"I hired them to install AC in my older home. Excellent communication from beginning to end, brought in their own electrical contractor so I did not have to coordinate this step, the final cost was less than the estimate! Honest and Trustworthy. Integrity and pride in workmanship!"

"These are different times with the virus. Because of my age I have to be careful. And so it's important to say that DMC followed all protocols without prompting, with masking, social distancing, and was even careful to contact no surfaces unnecessarily, and so was very professional and courteous with these not-so-pleasant issues. But to back up a bit, knowledgeable diagnosis of the problem began with the initial phone call. Experience counts, and the diagnosis was confirmed quickly upon arrival. Tests were done in front of me, and the problem explained clearly. I had called in early morning, and was scheduled in, despite three other jobs planned for Les (the tech) ahead of mine. He arrived in the first fifteen minutes of his predicted time-window, and his work, despite challenges described below, was as efficient as his predicted arrival, The job was complicated first by the furnace not being installed in its most conventional and accessible way, and second, even though he would have made the replacement with a universal motor to save cost, the particular furnace required its specific part only. This said, he knew exactly where the nearest distributor was, and retrieved the necessary replacement quickly. Despite the difficulty of the disassemble/installation and having to retrieve and use only the specific replacement, his price point was well within researched averages, This was a great comfort, and another reason to leave this highest possible review for a top-flight service company. Based on such, DMC will be the first company I call for any further a/c or heating concerns. Thanks!"

"It was well priced, and the installation was pretty quick and efficient. We'll definitely call them back for any future HVAC work or service we need."

"Technician diagnosed a bad capacitor; replaced it, cleaned the coils, checked the efficiency of the outdoor unit provided helpful maintenance/cleaning tips that will extend the life of the compressor."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We had some issues with the unit installed. Lion was right there with us through full resolution of the problem. Lion made it 100% right, didn’t stop until we were completely happy. I recommend them without any hesitation, excellent customer service and they are great people to work with."
