"Excellent service, Chuck was knowledgeable, and courteous. A hard worker, he explained what was wrong and how he would repair the issues. I was extremely satisfied, I will call Chuck back to take care of any future gutter issues!!!"

"Lang Co Construction is the best! We love our beautiful three-season room! In the past they have also finished our basement and added a porch to our home. The work is professional and fairly priced. I would recommend Lang Co Construction for any home repair and remodeling work."

"Just had my roof replaced my Home Genius Exteriors. They were nice to work with and was a good experience overall. They kept my yard clean. Got the job done in one day. Overall it was a great experience."

"Gary was extremly professional , and courteous during every single interaction . Unfortunately based on the 800.00 price for a gutter repair , just did not seem within the correct ballpark . I will get a few more quotes now .Again , I want to emphasize how courteous and responsive Gary was, just to be fair .

"Each of the interior and exterior teams had a team leader who was responsible for managing the project, getting my input and making sure I was kept updated at all times, most of which they accomplished with text messages. They tried to be as unobtrusive as possible and did a good job sticking to the schedule.
In several cases, I had things that had been bothering me for years, doors that didn't close right; when I mentioned them to the team leader, these things were put right. They also helped me understand which things I could do myself to keep the price down, so that helped me manage the tab.
They were excellent at covering things, making sure to clean up afterwards, and put the furniture back in the right place using their cell phone cameras to remember the layout.
I came and went with my schedule, and felt comfortable leaving them in the house; they were great at making sure to let my dog out If I was running late.
My house is an old Victorian with a lot of woodwork and the original windows. These guys excel at woodwork, which is where the mediocre painters get outed. It's hard to do well. Their surface prep is also perfect, so if your old plaster walls need a master hand, this is who you call.
I have used them for about 17 years, and always for the work I really, really care about. They might not be my first choice to slap some paint on the basement wall - anyone can do that - but when I want it done right, Nick is my first call. Leadership sets the tone, and Nick's team take a lot of pride in their work and in caring for the customer. They are all polite, kind and attentive.
I look for service providers with integrity and for those who care about doing great work. I'm not looking for price over quality - I want a good experience. You get that with iPaint.

"I am very pleased with the result. There were some odd-ball aspects to the work requested, and Justin accomplished all of these well while having to do a bit of creative thinking to make everything work as expected. The work is neat, and was completed in most of one day. Arrival was prompt, and clean-up was good. Now a dark corner of my basement is illuminated, and I have a working utility sink there. I can continue the task of setting up storge shelves and a workbench myself.

"Rich is as professional as they come. He showed up when he said he would. He kept in contact with me in the morning and told me if he was going to be running a little behind or not. He knew I was on a tight schedule and he made it happen. Upon arriving at my home he looked like a pro from the start. Well dressed and mannered and properly introducing himself. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my roof within 10 minutes. He was honest with the pricing and explained everything to me, to which a non contractor, could understand. I will be sticking with Rich and his company Dormer Doctor for my roofing repairs. Thank you for being a good honest contractor, Rich and sticking to quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
