"We just had the very best experience with D&M Appliance Repair and will now be customers for life! Our dryer suddenly stopped producing hot air- it was still running, but not running hot air. I searched Google/You Tube to find out what may have been the issue and called the manufacturer about the cost of the parts, thinking my husband could possibly fix it. We decided to give D&M a try based on the many positive reviews they've received. After leaving a voice mail, Grace and I communicated by text. She was so prompt, informative and transparent about the process/price. D&M was so accommodating and went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule because we were only able to have someone come to the house on the weekend or after hours in the evening. Danny agreed to come at the end of his workday after hours. He called before arriving to give me an ETA as to the time he would arrive. I was so impressed by his quick diagnosis, very courteous & nice demeaner and honest advice as to whether we should go forward with the job. We ended up having D&M replace the part and had to pay only the cost of the part and labor (which is not hourly-based). He was honest about the price of the part, and the cost to replace it was much less than having to pay for a new dryer. While doing the repair, Danny cleaned out the entire inside of the dryer so it looks and is running like brand new (it was filled with a ton of lint which could've potentially led to a fire hazard)! It's actually so refreshing to have a very good, professional, honest and fair appliance technician with a company that has top-notch customer service!! We will definitely hire D&M for all our future appliance repair issues! Thank you D&M for a great experience and getting our dryer working in no time!"

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"As we are in the holiday season and a time to give back, I realized that with my busy schedule I had inadvertently forgotten to submit a review/report to Angie's list of the great job Sean and his great team at East Coast Mechanical did in installing a new Air Conditioner/heating unit and converting us from oil to gas this summer. Our original unit was leaking (as it had done years before) and this time was not going to be fixable. Sean explained all our options and was helpful and available every step of the way! He worked with us to get a price we could afford and even offered to bring his own carpet cleaner, if there was any mess! He also got us a good price for removal of our old oil tank! His team was excellent (even pointing out some electrical work that was needed somewhere else in the basement) and knowledgeable in all areas needed including plumbing, electrical and gas and oil! I would highly recommend East Coast Mechanical and they would be the first folks we would call, if we have a problem, but with this new unit, We haven't though and I'm sure we won't!"
